Join IAAS insightful event on 25th March 2022 to exchange ideas about Sustainable Water Management in Agriculture!

In most regions of the world, over 70% of freshwater is used for agriculture. The growing demand for agricultural commodities has translated into an increasing pressure on the global freshwater resources.

In the upcoming years, no one can be completely sure and predict which direction the water industry will take over the decade. However, it will be beneficial for scholars and industry players to take a closer look at some of the tough scenarios and turn challenges into opportunities and solutions.

Take the morning off with us as we explore the possible solutions for sustainable water management in agriculture. Don’t miss out as we look forward to exchange ideas and facilitation of partnerships in IAAS events.

This year IAAS specially invited our special guest, Dr. Jason Tang, the Director of Environmental & Water Technology Centre of Innovation (EWTCOI), and our guest speakers, Dr. Uri Shani, the Professor of Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and last but not least, Dr. Ming-Che Hu, the Professor of Sustainable Development Laboratory at the Department of Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering, National Taiwan University, to express their thoughts and sharp insights on embracing technology and international investment to support sustainable water management in agriculture.

It is also our honor to invite our moderator, Dr. Wee Liang Tan, the Vice Chairman of International Association for Agricultural Sustainability (IAAS), Associate Professor of Strategic Management of Singapore Management University (SMU), and our 3 panelists, Dr. Jason Tang, the Director of Environmental & Water Technology Centre of Innovation (EWTCOI), Mr. Er.
